BEA ALONZO – Kapuso actress Bea Alonzo is clearly in her happiest now, physically and mentally, and here are some of her fitness tips.
We all know the struggle of Kapuso actress Bea Alonzo when it comes to losing weight. She admitted that she is really “tabain” ever since and with that being said and along with being a huge foodie herself, losing weight became elusive to her.
She has tried a lot of diets already but it didn’t make her shed pounds. But in the past years, with consistency, discipline, and hard work, she was able to manage it. Not for anything like being aesthetic in physical appearance but she did it mainly for her health.
The pandemic made her realize a lot of things and she was also inspired by a lot of things to get fit. Before the pandemic, she accordingly works out four to five times a week.
She said, “And I realized, siyempre lahat tayo maraming realizations nung pandemic, na parang, actually, yung aesthetics will just follow, e. Having a beautiful body will just follow. But, you know, parang main priority talaga is having a healthy lifestyle and having a healthy body.”
Being mindful of her health is also not something she does for herself alone but also for the people around her, specifically, her family who depends on her. She said that she is the breadwinner and to have a healthy body is a key to live longer for them according to an article from PEP.
And with the virus just still around the corner, being physically fit will go a long way to prevent being infected by it.
The actress added that eating right, working out, and taking care of your body is doing your part and the rest will follow. You will reap the benefits later on and she believes that good things will just follow after taking the initiative to live in a healthy way with consistency.
