Finally, Beatrice Luigi Gomez breaks silence over split with Kate Jagdon.
BEATRICE LUIGI GOMEZ – Beauty queen Beatrice Luigi Gomez shares her side of the story in the breakup with her ex-girlfriend.
Based on a previous article, Miss Universe Philippines 2021 Beatrice Luigi Gomez has finally expressed her side of the story following the split with ex-girlfriend Kate Jagdon. Through a statement, the Cebu-based DJ confirmed that they are no longer together after almost seven years of being together.
Amid the issues, Gomez has received cheating accusations but it seems like it’s not what happened following the official statement Beatrice released. For months, Bea has kept silent but on Wednesday, February 16, she finally spoke.
In her statement, she expressed that she is not into “clout chasing”, a word she defined as “staying in a toxic relationship just to keep you people entertained”. What made her break her silence is the continuous backlash and hate that not only she is receiving, but also her family and loved ones. Doubts and fears started to take a toll on her mental health because people can go further such as making fake accounts just to criticize her without knowing her and without knowing what really happened.
“I can only endure so much for too long. It is hard to advocate mental health when I myself struggled through pressure, anxiety, and even depression,” she expressed. And this has driven her statement to the part that revealed some shocking confessions.
“When I was on my way to the MUPH competition, after a series of confrontations, I learned that she had already been entertaining a person named ‘Adam’ for over a year during our relationship. She’s made out with someone, made a move on other girls, and have been going out more often than usual that there were even times she wouldn’t come home for days.”
She initially did not believe all of these and even defended her. She tried to make it work but to no avail.
