After the Hot 11 Play, Infinix expands the line with a 2022 version of the vanilla model. While Infinix gave a higher resolution 6.7-inch Full HD+ display with a punch-hole on the Hot 11 2022, we’re on the fence with its use of a Unisoc T610 processor.
Compared to the Helio G70 used on the 2021 version, MediaTek’s budget processor does perform better than the Unisoc T610 in all benchmark tests. Aside from that, the Hot 11 2022 comes with XOS 10 Lite, which is a toned-down version of Infinix’s Android overlay to make it suitable for its modest specs.
While you do get a trendier side-mounted fingerprint scanner, everything else remains the same on the 2021 model: 13-megapixel main and 2-megapixel depth sensor, 8-megapixel selfie camera, 4GB RAM, 64GB internal storage, and a 5000mAh battery with an antiquated 10w USB-C charging solution.
